Terms of Service

RaqHub is online software for sports clubs. Clubs publish their courts, opening hours, prices, coaches and memberships, and players book courts and lessons online. RaqHub only provides the software: we don’t run clubs, own courts or employ coaches.

• Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password to yourself and don’t share your account. You are responsible for what is done with it.
• If you think someone else has used your account, tell us straight away at support@raqhub.com.

• A booking is an agreement between you and the club. The club sets the prices, opening hours and booking rules, and is responsible for the court, the lesson and any payment it collects.
• You pay for bookings to the club, in the way the club arranges. RaqHub doesn’t take payments for bookings.
• Each club can set rules, such as how long a booking can be, how far ahead you can book, how many bookings you can make per day and how late you can still cancel online. After that time, contact the club to cancel.
• If you don’t turn up for a booking, the club can mark it as a no-show. A club can pause online booking for players with too many no-shows in the last 90 days. The club can still book for you directly.
• Questions about a booking, a refund or a cancelled session are between you and the club, but we are happy to help where we can.

• New clubs get a free 30-day trial with every feature included. No card is needed.
• After the trial, a club continues on a paid plan (Starter, Club or Academy), billed monthly or yearly. Current prices are on the pricing page.
• We invoice clubs in advance for each period. Plans don’t renew automatically: a club keeps its plan by paying the next invoice.
• If an invoice isn’t paid, we may limit the club’s features or suspend its account after letting the club know. The club’s data stays available for 90 days.
• A club can stop at any time by not renewing. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. New prices apply from the next billing period.

• Clubs are responsible for the information they publish and for the data they enter about their members and players. They must have a lawful reason to record it and must let their members know that they use RaqHub.
• For that data, the club is the controller and RaqHub is its processor, as described in the Privacy Policy. We process it only to provide the service to the club.
• Clubs must honour bookings made through RaqHub under the rules they set, or contact the player if a booking can’t go ahead.

Don’t use RaqHub to:

• do anything illegal;
• make fake bookings or hold courts you don’t intend to use;
• upload content you don’t have the right to use, or content that is offensive;
• try to access other people’s data or get around the site’s security;
• overload the service with automated requests.

You keep the rights to what you upload, such as logos, photos and descriptions. You allow us to store and show it as needed to run the service, for example a club’s logo on its public page. The RaqHub name, software and design belong to us.

• We work to keep RaqHub available and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always run without interruptions or errors. We may pause it briefly for maintenance.
• RaqHub is not responsible for what happens at a club, for a club’s decisions, or for losses caused by a booking problem we couldn’t reasonably have prevented.
• As far as the law allows, our total liability to a club is limited to the fees the club paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.

• You can stop using RaqHub and ask us to delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after a warning where that is reasonable.

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will tell users about important changes before they apply. If you keep using RaqHub after that, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the law of North Macedonia. Disputes go to the competent court in Skopje, unless consumer law gives you the right to go to a court where you live.
